Hey all

This is how the cycling is going for this week as I have just weighed myself and I came in at 19 stones (266Bls or 120.6 KG) I need to start losing some of this weight as I do not feel that great about mine size.  I will do my best to keep you up to date with this.  I will try and ride each day. I am hoping to ride around 13mph (20.9 KPH) an average but that is not going to be anytime soon.

Monday 5th September 2016

It was a rainy morning the roads were wet and slippery.  I had a car trying to pull into the cycle lane but other than that it was a good ride for not being on there for a month.  I do however need to speed up and as I will be burning more calories and make me fell better, but in the rain, it is not a great idea to go too fast.

I was planning on cycling to Greenwich and back on a round trip but my body gave out half way there so instead of a 23-mile trip I only did 13-miles instead.  I think this was due to the fact that it was the first time this year where I did two rides in a day and not one.  I will However ride to Greenwich in the morning tomorrow.

I have decided that I will only do one ride today and it was going to be a big ride which I did but I felt dead when I got half way all muscles hurt.  So I took a break and split the ride in half and still did a good job.  It was a really nice ride and felt good I can not wait to start riding day in day out there as I love the views from the top of the hill which by the way I hate riding up.

screenshot_20160906-114312-copyI was on Instagram yesterday and saw what someone put up on their account and thought it was a very motivation thing to do.  The quote was “Don’t stop when you are tired stop when you are done.”  and that is how I felt this ride was like today and how I treat it.





I did not ride today as I was busy with other things that I need to get done.  I was trying to get out and ride on this day Just I did not get much sleep and the busy day killed me out.

I did go this morning but it was not fast for hard to cycle as I am trying to get my endurance for long and harder rides as I will be going to Greenwich for the next few days and I will be trying to push on Saturday as I love having a bit of a burn going on.  But for today I have a photo shoot so I am only doing one ride as I have a lot of walking to do with heavy things in a few bags.

This was a good just I left when the schools close by me was leaving so I thought I better leave at a later time in future. As I was having a good ride but there were some dumb drivers on here just pick up their little ones.

Saturday and Sunday

I am not riding on these days as I have a few things that I have had to do and I do hope to do loads of long rides next week as well as walking.  I do know this is a bit lazy as well but I do hope to push myself all the time from this point on.

I do also hope this will push you and other people to push yourself to the limit.
