I have been meaning to do a weight check time i hope to do it ready for next week.
Well, today I lost all track of time as I was watching The Games of Thrones. I love this TV show and can not wait to see the seventh season. I was amazed at what happened in the sixth and will watch it again soon, as I love it that much.
I did some DDP Yoga this morning and killed my body out. I am planning on doing more this afternoon or after tea I am also planning on going for a ride soon just need to get motivated for it. I love doing this as it pushes my body to the limit.
Well, it really looks like I am just going to feel ill for a while at the moment. Which is fantastic as I would love to feel pumped. I know I can be very lazy just I need to feel ready and awake to do what I love. Which is riding and seeing different parts of the country.
I have just done my DDP Yoga for the day. It was a really good work out and I did love it. I do like to get a good sweet on. There is not much else to say really.
I have done a small amount I should be riding my bike just I need to get more anfuseacted about it then playing games and just watching tele.
Just got back ffrom a walk form the Highstreet and the new shoes I have feel much better then when I frist had them.
I need to get more active in cycling and yoga I know I have not done much over the least few days but I need to be more possitive about doing it.
