I am starting to look for a new mountain bike this week as I am hoping to do as I hope to start riding off road more and more as I push my body to get fitter and better in more ways then what I am doing know.
I have weighted myself today and it less than 19 stones.
I have been waiting for a new Mac all day but I will do some DDP Yoga I am planning on riding tomorrow as I do love to stretch my legs and get some blood pumping. I did do some DDP Yoga where I did some fat burning and this always feels good.
Well, I have had a long day today where so I have had no downtime at all to do some yoga. In the evening i just chilled out I did try some but was
I was planning on riding today and looked outside thought perfected for a ride but I fell sick and cold so I best it was good to chill out. so I am going to do some DDPyoga this morning as I am going to work on a few things this afternoon. The workout was good got a great sweet on and am feeling better just no ride today as I will be hoping ride some point this week.
I have just got from a dog walk and will be some DDP Yoga some time in the afternoon if not the evening. I got my heart rate up for a bit but I am not feeling in getting into any over the top workout.
I am going to see how I feel later but right know I feel really ill and just went to sleep. So I might be in front of the tell all day.
I still feel ill. I am planning on working on doing DDPYoga this afternoon. I have done an DDP Yoga time. I got my sweet on which I love.
I have been under the weather all week which is not at all good, but I am trying to do as much as I can.
