I am trying a new workout. As well as my cycling and DDPYoga.
Well, this workout will be trying to do crunches for 30mins but today I could only do about half that time. There were moves from DDPYoga but the plan of this is to get my heart rate up all the time.
This is a harder workout than doing DDPYoga I have to say but I need to do some cycling this year but I have to kick it into higher gears. I would love to do this as I have done 16 min’s of it so I hope to start pushing this longer and longer all the time.
My head has not been on the top of my game today. So tomorrow as I am not doing much as I am waiting for a new tele that I will be doing a lot of DDPY. This will start before breakfast.
Got up early in the morning and did some DDPY to get my heart pumping. I have a dog walk and another DDPY at some point. The walk was fast and easy as there was not that many hills where I walked did about 2 miles in about 40mins.
Went on my first ride for a while today and it feels amazing. I know I have to improve my fitness and try to push myself harder and harder. I need to cycle more and start getting fit the DDPyoga is good just I love cycling more. As you can see it is slow but I will be pushing hard and harder all the time.
I have lost all track and time and have for got to go for a ride or do any DDPY.
I need to start riding more often ever thought the weather is turning bad as I am getting a new bike in the new year.

What else can I say to this as this is how it feels sometimes even when you have a bad day at work the ride is the part that cheers you up all the time.
