I am planning on writing how many steps as well as how far I have cycled as well. this is in hopes to get me to know how well I am getting on in losing weight.
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
I was planning on riding both these days but I was dead from Christmas and I am only just getting other it. I did, however, do a 7.5-mile walk today. which worked out to about 14000 steps. I did not do any riding or walking really today just need to get more motivated.
I went for a ride today and it was relaxing and chilled out. I loved it to bits. At the start, there was some amazing sun to start with and I but since my battery is not charging fully I need to replace it. It is very cold day and just loves how things look.
I have just got back from my walk with my amazing dog. It was a great easy going walk, where I did about 4000 steps and was about 2 miles of a walk. By the end of the day, I have walked nearly 20000 steps which work out close to 10 miles of walking which did not felt like that and was amazing fun. I have added some images to the here.
As this is new’s year eve I thought I would not do anything much so I was in London. There is nothing much else to say
