It looks a good day for Monday and the rest will be a bit wet we have to see.
Did long laps today and the hot weather just did not help me when I was cycling. But I have to say it was a good ride. Did some riding in close areas and stopped for dog walkers as normal. I did have a dog nearly started to chase me but just said hi as where his meet did go to stop me.
I had a good sweet ride on an overcast day. I loved how much I did and it made me feel great and am still looking forward to doing more riding in bad weather. I can not wait to get wet and have a load of fun with that. This bridge is not big another for me and people to walk past so I stop and wait for just the dog at the end waited till I got there then walked past so I stopped as I got to the end of the bridge.
I went out today riding when I was hoping it would rain just it did not. As I got overheated. It was a hard push to ride as the wheels were slipping as I was going across the grass. I did go through my new route and there was a massive puddle, that looked like a lake. it was good fun to cycle through it, but I did not think it was that wide but it was so I had to go back on the path. I did love how it felt and would do it again.
This was a good ride my legs where nbot working at full speed. I also need to just get use to working on my genally speed. I would love to go a few miles trip one day. I did have at one point have a dog try and come with me, by jumping on my foot I think.
I went out today thinking I know I will do 3 laps but by the end of the 1st lap my knees were killing me so I just cut my ride short so I would do more damage as I have done a lot to my legs other time. The ride I did do was good and I am going to go again tomorrow.
I went out riding today to see how my knees are like so I was not going at it hard at all. So I just went at my own pace which endded up being 3 laps. Which was great fun, I do plan on riding around Joydens Wood a few times soon. This will be during the week as it will be quieter then it is known. I chose to use a rear view as this is a nice looking rear view.
This week I have started to do push-ups, sit ups and leg strecthing. I started at 10 and I am adding one to each day. I hope this will bring up my core strenght up as well as doing fast short movements. Once I hit 20 I will be doing sets of 10 and then still add one as this dose get my hart up. I am mainly doing this at night.
“I used to work in a bank when I was younger and to me it doesn’t matter whether it’s raining or the sun is shining or whatever: as long as I’m riding a bike I know I’m the luckiest guy in the world.”
