Weekly round up (17/07/2017 – 23/07/2017)

Hey all

I am this week increasing the number of push-ups this week.  I am also planning on going for a walk some point so I might not go for a ride I have to have a look as I have been watching the Tour de France every day so I hope I can keep that going which might push it off till next week I just have to see.

Monday Ride

It was a good easy going ride today as it has been sunny since early in the morning.  I might I will try and push myself tomorrow, But I am not a fan of hot weather and get very hot easily.

Tuesday Ride

It was a good ride today I do love how it all felt and went.  I was trying to go hard just I have been thinking about a video I am working on out.  Which I hope to show you soon.  I do love cycling off the road as I  do not have to worry about cars as there was one that did not see me behind another car as he cut the corner of a turn.  But I do not have any video of that at all.

Wednesday Ride

I know this is another rear view look but I did slip on the stump I just went other.  I do love how this ride was as it did rain last night during a storm.  I do love riding and need to start finding new routes as well as places to cycle.

Thursday Ride

Today I was on my turbo trainer as I am working for most of today.  I have been watching Tour De France as well all this month and it has been amazing.  I do not have any information on this shoot as I need to sort out my sensor on that bike.  But it was a hard and very hot cycle.

Friday Ride

I was up until late last night and just felt like not cycling and thought about setting today a cycling workout for my route so I can push myself harder.  I love riding and would love to do more cycling as well.  I am hoping this will help me with losing some weight.

Saturday Ride

the ride I did this morning had a bit of a shower but it did not stop me from doing the cycling workout I made yesterday.  It was a great feeling for pushing my legs and heart.  I was watching my heart rate and paddles as the fast I was paddling the faster was the beat. I was slowing for dog walkers just my timer was not stopping like normal.  I will be doing this work out next week every other ride and then slowly increase that and maybe use the 3lap version as well.

Sunday Thought

I am pushing my body more and more I will be doing more laps of the woods next week as well as picking up my paddle speed.  Which will make life easier when pushing myself in places I do not know.
