Weekly roundup (09/10/2017 – 15/10/2017)

Hey all

Monday Ride

This was a good ride where I have stopped putting my foot down on a very tight corner.  I do love using it as it skips me stopping on many dog walkers.  I do have to go slow just it is tight and it helps my balancing.  I did 3 laps today.

Tuesday Ride

Todays was 2 laps and it was great fun and I need to start getting fitter for the laps, that I am working on.  The camera is pointing up a pit which gives them some movent.

Wednesday Ride

I went out today and thought it might rain which it did not.  So I was going to see how I felt after 2 laps and I was not in the mood to do any more laps.

Thursday Ride

Well, I had a shock today where a squirrel jumped out on me.  It did make me jump a bit though.  I did sware as it shocked me but I did not hit the little thing.  Other than that it has been a good ride.

Friday Ride

This was a good ride I loved how it was.  I did not do a long one as I was planning as the time was getting short as I have alot to sort out today.   There was not much else happening during the ride.

Saturday

I thought today I would clean up my bike and sort out the noise from the chain.  It is not that dirty compared to what it could be but it is a good bit of dust on there.  I will be looking at the brakes as well.

Sunday Thought

Going through all the looks and parts this week it is looking good for things.  It is clean and ready for a new week of cycling.

Quote:

“If I come back from a ride That Way I have to go along That Road…but the surface is rough pocked blacktop, pothole scabs…Thunk, thunk, thunk, thunk, thunk, kerthunk, thunk, thunk, thunk. Thunk. Which after 4 hours in the saddle is rather weary. But somewhere between the last time and the now that stretch of road has all been mended. Beautiful smooth brand new fast deep thick black tarmac. No more thunk, thunk, thunk, thunk, kerthunk, thunk, but shoosh. Just Shooooooooooooooooooooooosh.”

I hope you enjoyed this
