Weekly roundup (30/10/2017 – 05/10/2017)

Hey all

Monday Ride

This is a stunning morning and it is very cold.  I did go out with my jacket on as I knew I would get hot with it on, and that is what just happened.  I did not go as far as I would have liked as I needed to put some bits on charge an I have forgotten to charge them fully.

Tuesday Ride

I am doing a shot later and will be doing a lot of walking.  So for this ride, I pushed hard and was doing a short ride.  In the video on youtube and the photo, I was pushing hard thought some leaves.

Wednesday Ride

I did another short ride, but that is because I have alot of work to do by the end of today or tomorrow.  I do love doing shorts ride just see how much stronger my riding is.  I am planning on pushing for the next long time I am riding.

Thursday Ride

I think this week will be short and fast rides even though it is the cold outside I am still not wearing much as I am getting my body temperature up to a high amount.  I was picking up a lot of grass on my bike as the fields where mowed freshly.

Friday Ride

I did 3 laps of about 3 miles each.  I was pushing and trying to keep my endurance up.  I was having a ride with amazing views.  This was one thing I would have loved to have taken was my DSLR Camera.  As the sun was coming through the trees and looking amazing.

Saturday Ride

It is a soaking wet day and a nice one for a ride as there is loads of mud and rain.  it is one of the slower days of riding this week for that reason as the tiers where slipping.

Sunday Thought

Great week of riding with different weather and speeds.

“My wife…thinks cycling is great way to spend time as a family while burning a few calories. For her, the family ride is quality time. Then again, she does not have the trailer with 50 or so stuffed animals and the 2-year-old singing “Old McDonald” attached to her bike as we climb what must be Mont Ventoux. Hmm … now that I think about it, cycling is the best way to burn a bazillion calories and hang with the family.”
