Weekly roundup (20/11/2017 – 26/11/2017)

Hey all

Monday Ride

I have gone for a shorter ride than normal, as I have alot to do today.  It was a very muddy and fun ride.  If the mud gets too deep then I may have to stop and go back to road cycling which I might not like at all.  I did have a dog break for me today as the owner lost control of him.

Tuesday Ride

I was doing a for a few laps but my knee started to hurt on the end and thought I would just try and rest my body as my wheels are spinning and was getting harder to ride all the time.

Wednesday Ride

My knees did hurt a bit but I will be looking at getting long rides as this might be because my legs are not used to riding over mud.  SO this will be getting my leg power up for the future.  It is a get feeling to ride and feel some pain but I am feeling too much at the moment.

I was not feeling that great when I woke up this morning, as my legs were a bit crampy. So I thought to myself I would work on my bike.  So this morning I cleaned my bike from top to bottom and I am going to work on my bike as there are a few bits that need to be sorted out.  Which I hope to get done today.

It did take me an hour to clean the bike, but it will be fun to get it dirty again.

Friday Ride

I went for a ride today and pushed myself more and more but I have to be good with my knee. It was a good ride this morning.

Saturday Ride

I was out riding today and thought I should have taken my DSLR camera.  There were a clear sky and frost on the grown.  I will be keeping an eye on the weather to make sure that I should go with my DSLR and walk around the place and take my time.

Sunday Thought

This was an odd week for me to ride as my knee was playing up on some days and not on others.  I did do some walking as well.
