Weekly roundup (01/01/2018 – 07/01/2018)

I hope everyones first week of this new year has gone well.  I know there has been a few weeks since my least blog as my knees have been playing around so I thought I would ride for a few miles.

Monday Ride

It was a good ride and has started my year well and I hope to do more as long as this felt great.  There was a lot of mud and tyre slipping in the ride.  I was not hoping that it was like that.

I am taking my time so my knees can reset and start working well for me in the next few months and loads of other things.

Wednesday Ride

This was a good ride as I was pushing myself as the back wheel slipped out behind me a bit letter after this spot.  I do belieave that doing this will stranght my legs other the next year also it is great fun to ride in these condistions.

I did not go for a ride today as I am doing that reasting my knees thing.

I did not go for a ride as I went do some landscape in greenwich park.  Which could have been better if I stayed longer as the sky cleared.

Saturday Ride

I loved the ride today and feel like I might do a longer ride on Monday.  I did go thought a puddel and make a massive wheel spin and nearly fall off as I was stopping.  I love the mud as I went down the hill.

Sunday Thought

This is was a good week back on my bike.  I was pushing myself hard some times, which put me out of breathe.  I do love riding and being on my bike.

You can’t buy happiness but you can buy a bike and that’s pretty close.

I hope you enjoyed this
