Hey all
This week I am hoping to do 4 rides during the week. As I am hoping to slowly increase my steamer and strength.
Monday Ride
It was a good ride today. There was not much in the way of mud for once. I did not push as I am trying to keep my knee in check.
Tuesday Ride
Well, I did ride today and it felt good. I was doing a good work out as I kept breathing hard and I loved how it feels. I am someone that loves riding and having fun on my bike.
Wednesday
I have chosen to rest my legs form cycling and do some landscapes shoots.
Thursday Ride
this was on a muddy day and I loved to go through some smaller puddles and mud pools as there. I did love cycling today and I am feeling great about it.
Friday Ride
I have shown a downward hill part of the ride at its steepest. I did love the ride just forgot to start the Garmin at the start of the ride.
Saturday
I have chosen to wash my bike today. As I have done 4 rides this week and need to clean it as it has been a while since its last wash.
Sunday Thought
Getting more and more, stronger for riding is going well I might need to spend a week of cycling the same miles all the time for weeks.
