Hey all

Monday Ride

It was muddy as hell out there and great fun to ride.  I love to do some mud puddles as well as some sliding around the back of the tiers which made it a good ride and was fun with the bike as it did killed my leg.

Saturday

Since I have ridden my 5 days this week which does feel good and I do like how it all went.  I chose to have a few days off before I do it all again next week.

Sunday Thought

Right my plan on slowly getting fitter and fitter is working out well and this is how it will be for next week I might do six days but I will work that out next week.
