Hey all
Monday Ride
This was a short as I was planning on going out for a walk around in a park. I would love to do more walks like this. I did have a good ride and it was fun, I am hoping to do a bigger ride tomorrow.
Tuesday Ride
This was a good ride on something that will be getting hotter thought out the day. I did not start my Garmin till about a mile in.
Wednesday Ride
This was a fun day. As I have gone for 2 rides and here are a few shots from the rides. I did the same route both times I did two laps in the afternoon in the hot weather.
Thursday Ride
This was a good ride and great fun. I did choose to do something out the box which I will talk about more tomorrow. I love riding and think this will help out loss some weight and have a good time.
Friday Ride
This was a change for me as I went at some speed. I chose to see how fast I could do some laps as this will be my template for future rides so I can see how I am improving over time. It felt good to go fast once again and I hope to keep improving the speed and stamina of the rides.
Saturday
I have chosen not to ride today, as I have a shoot and look after mum. So I have to wait for a family friend to sit with her so I can go out, and do my shot. This means on Monday I will be riding hard.
Sunday Thought
Since I am starting to train for the challenge I will be writing more about the training and how it goes in a blog or sets of blogs. As there are some things that I am working on my skills and how well I am on my bike.
