If you are not sure if you know but I am riding London to Brighton off-road which will be fun. Here is the link if you like to sponsor me, so please click here.
Monday Ride
I got up early as I for my rides know and it was a good one I think my legs are a bit raw but I hope to start getting faster and faster as I will be spinning in the evening before I have some food. This is something that will get my legs stronger and stronger, as I ride hard and get ready for London to Brighton. I am still waiting for my bike to come back from the shop which I am starting to miss as I am not a big fan of cycling next to cars.
Tuesday Ride
this was an ok ride as my knees were starting to hurt. I did not go for a ride that was too long. I have to say riding every day is fun and need to do long rides all the time.
Wednesday Ride
This was a fun ride. I did not push that hard as my knees were playing up yesterday so I thought I would try and keep them nice and healthy for more rides that I am doing in the future.
Thursday Ride
I tried to ride hard and fast just my legs were not fully working at the moment. I am going for a long walk tonight as I am looking at doing landscapes along the River Thames.
Friday Ride
I left today’s ride earlier than normal which was good as I got to Greenwich and back before there was anywhere the big amount of traffic. This was fun and hard at the same time. There was alot of clear sky and bright sun. It was fun and I love to do a few more miles, which is what I hope to do tomorrow.
Saturday Ride
This was a good empty day of riding. The roads were pretty empty and this is when I feel the safest. I am not a fan of the traffic at the best of times. I am on the other had to be on dirt and muddy places as this is just more fun. I did go to go for a longer ride just I killed my knees out riding so which meant it was painful to ride up hills.
Sunday Thought
I am going to be riding in the lower set of gears so I can spin when I am riding along which should sort out my knees. I also ho[e my mountain bike is back this week, but I just have to wait for it to turn up.
