Monday Ride
This was an ok ride as I did 3 hours this morning. I love to have more hours and there are more than a few hours to ride around. I was having a few problems with Garmin and there are alot of things that I need to sort out. I am charging all my kit as this will help out on my rides.
Tuesday Ride
Well, I did another 3-hour ride today and it was good and hard I loved how it felt and can not wait to do more riding other the next few weeks. I am going to be planning on the 6-hour trip. I am going to do some hard riding all the time. I love going down the hill and would love to ride uphill just as well.
Wednesday Ride
I loved cycling just today’s ride did not go the way I wanted as I would have loved to have done a 4hour ride just I left late and then my body was telling me something. So I chose to cut it short and try again tomorrow as I went to ride for less time on Friday as I do hope to ride for 6-hours on Saturday. I am trying to find out how many Kilometres that I will be riding, for the challenge that is in a few weeks.
Thursday Ride
This was a good hard ride where I did a good amount of riding. I did push hard today and was amazed on where it took me. As I was flying through the hills up and down which is an odd thing but was good fun. I also did some good laps as well. I am happy with today’s ride and love to do more like this. Just I can not push that much at the mo as my knees might give out completely.
Friday Ride
I took a day for an easy ride as I am thinking about the future rides in the next few days. This was a fun ride and I did a few good laps and this is the speed I hope to get around the London to Brighton at this speed. The dog that is chasing me is only braking and I do kind of finding it fun to have a dog like this.
Saturday Ride
This was a long ride that was good fun and there was some fun in there. I did love cycling as I was pushing myself to the limit. The one thing I know I am not looking forward to is all the climbing. As that is the one thing that keeps hurting knee’s it is only on the hills this is happening. I have to say seeing how many people that ride in Joydens wood. There is a very nice criss-cross section in the woods the is fun the ride along.
Sunday Thought
This was a good week of riding just I need to start riding about 4 hours a day and do an hour on spinners. I love being out on my bike and the feeling you get when I push myself is just amazing. I love riding my bike and how it felt when going at a good speed on it.
