If you are not sure if you know but I am riding London to Brighton off-road which will be fun. Here is the link if you like to sponsor me, so please click here.
Monday Ride
This ride was done alot letter then I normally do as I was waiting for something to get here in the morning. So I went out in the afternoon for the ride, it was fun but I would have loved to do more of a ride just my knees playing up as well.
Tuesday Ride
This was a good ride and it was good to be riding early in the morning. I love early morning rides other any other time as I have the rest of the day for doing work and chilling out. Today is a busy day and I am looking forward to it.
Wednesday Ride
I want for one hell of a ride. I did some great miles and love how it feels form the ride. I also got my camera working the right way for the frist time, I have been looking at testing for the challenge ride in later this year. I love how it felt riding at these speeds there were some testing times. I do hope to ride more like this as it felt good and the more I do these speeds the fitter and fitter I get.
Thursday Ride
This was a fun ride I still did a fast speed which I was not planning on doing. I was hoping to go slower as this is a good way to rest my legs. My legs are fine and I hope to get ready for harder and harder rides.
Friday Ride
This was a good ride easy going as well as great for getting my heart racing. I have to say doing the same route for a few days may sound boring but it helps out when it comes to speed and endurance. I do love being on my bike and going fast.
Saturday Ride
Well, I got up very early this morning, to do alot of miles which I did. I can not believe how many I did do. I loved the ride and can not wait to start doing more rides like this.
Sunday Thought
This was a fun week where I did 200-kilometres in the week. So my riding is getting stronger and stronger at all times there are more things I can do and I hope to keep this sort of riding up thought out the next few months as the training is getting better and better all the time.
Quote:
“How about if we all just try to follow these very simple Rules of the Road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath.”
Letter to VeloNews from David Desautels, Fort Bragg, California
I hope you enjoyed this
